## Primitive Reflex Integration for Improving Balance and Vestibular Functioning

Balance deficits and vestibular issues—including motion sickness—often have roots in an [underdeveloped sensory system](https://moveplaythrive.com/index.php?Itemid=650 "Learn about the relationship between sensory processing and primitive reflexes"). These case studies show how using rhythmic movements and integrating primitive and postural reflexes can greatly improve vestibular functioning, [reduce or eliminate motion sickness](https://moveplaythrive.com/index.php?Itemid=732 "See more information on Motion Sickness and Dizziness"), and promote the ability to balance with ease.
