Greetings,
I heard a doctor recently say: "ADD is a manifestation, not a diagnosis"*
From my training with Harald Blomberg, MD, he would agree and say that ADD/ADHD symptoms are a manifestation of an immature brain (this is supported by research). Dr. Blomberg, a psychiatrist, advocated for children to receive the brain-maturing innate rhythmic movements and reflex integration (neurodevelopmental movements), along with good nutrition, to help overcome the symptoms of ADD/ADHD.
Dr. Blomberg was very concerned about the detrimental side effects of central stimulant medication for children with ADD/ADHD. This chart was written by Dr. Blomberg, to show the superior benefits of using the innate neuro-movements to help with these symptoms.
Dr. Blomberg passed away in May of this year and I am forever grateful for what he taught. You can take a look at his chart here.
May we all be blessed with peace, positivity, prosperity, productivity, health, happiness, and harmony in 2021 and beyond!
Sincerely,
Sonia Story
