Pain Relief

Pain Relief

Can Primitive Reflexes and Rhythmic Movements Help Relieve Pain?

When primitive reflexes are unintegrated muscles often become weak, strained, or overly tight which may eventually create pain. Children, teens, and adults have used rhythmic movements and primitive reflex integration to relieve: chronic back and neck pain, feet and hand cramps, tension headaches, and much more.

All case studies are written by students of the Brain and Sensory Foundations First Level course.
