Group Rates for Brain and Sensory Foundations—First Level and Second Level CEU courses in Primitive Reflex Integration and Rhythmic Movements

- Name of individual to contact who will accept invoice for payment

- Number of learners
- Name of Course: Brain and Sensory Foundations First Level, Second Level, or both.
Once we receive the above information, we will provide an invoice reflecting all costs.
Payments for Domestic USA based organizations
We accept domestic (USA) payments via credit card (3% added fee), check, or ACH.
